Steady service businesses, owned and run for the long term.
Keep Company is buying one founder-led service business in the Greater Toronto Area. We will run it full-time, with advisors who have built and backed successful companies.
Why this works
Work that has to happen every year
We target services customers need on a schedule, like inspections, compliance and maintenance. Repeat revenue is easier to finance and harder to lose.
Room to improve
Many of these companies have strong reputations and little in the way of planning, systems or a sales process. Jacob has spent his career building those things inside growing companies.
An operator in the seat
Jacob runs the business full-time after close, so investors deal directly with the person making the day-to-day decisions.
Investors and brokers
Each deal stands on its own, and you see the company before you commit.
For investors
Each deal is financed on its own: senior debt from a Canadian lender, equity from investors who back long-term operators, and seller financing where it improves the terms. Investors see a specific company under letter of intent before they commit.
For brokers
If you represent a business that fits the criteria below, send it over. You'll hear back with a clear yes or no and the reason.
